On December 26-27, 2014, members of the Civic Education Lecturers Association (CELA) received training on the Organization’s Action Plan Development, CELA Member Involvement, Management, and Communication Models.
During the training, the participants had an opportunity to learn about the notion of strategic planning and got involved in the process of development of the CELA’s action plan.
A particular attention was paid to the idea of encouraging member engagement in the work of the Association and supporting civic activism. At the same time, the training focused on an existing communication model and offered ways for its further development.
The above-mentioned training has been made possible with USAID financial support and within the framework of IFES Georgia’s Strengthening Electoral Processes (SEP) Program.
