The project "Role of Non-formal Education in Youth Employment" implemented in Zugdidi

Within the framework of "Civil Engagement School 2023", the students of Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi: Nika Tchitchinadze, Salome Gamisonia, and Aleksandre Firtskheliani successfully implemented the project "Role of Non-formal Education in Youth Employment".

Within the framework of the project, the authors organized trainings for young people, where the following issues were discussed: the importance of non-formal education, its role in employment and career advancement, ways of receiving non-formal education, what skills non-formal education develops, etc.
 

The trainings were conducted by the following invited guests:

• Eduard Partsvania - founder of "Mego Bar";

• Nino Kemularia and Tsira Kakubava - representatives of the NGO ‘’NEOGENI’’;

• Tamriko Lukava-lecturer of Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi.

Each training took place in an active question-and-answer mode, including group work and discussions.
