On February 6-7, the Civic Education Lecturers Association (CELA) members held another regional meeting in Batumi. The event was aimed at submitting the report of implemented events by the Association in 2015, setting the future plans and sharing teaching techniques and teaching materials of civic education.
The event was attended by the head of the Civic Education Teachers Forum Maka Bibileishvili, the founder of Georgian Association of Civic Educators Rusudan Tevzadze and the representative of National Center for Teacher Professional Development Nino Beselia. The guests presented the report of their activities in the field of civic education.
The meeting was organized by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) with the financial support of USAID in the framework of the project Strengthening Electoral Processes (SEP).
