On June 27, 2014, the Civic Education Lecturers Association (CELA) organized a conference that focused on some of the achievements and challenges in civic education in Georgia. The conference took place in Courtyard Marriott in Tbilisi. Participants of the conference included civic education lecturers from 21 Georgian universities, who teach a course on Democracy and Citizenship, as well as student alumni.
The conference proceedings were published in book format.
