Within the framework of the "Civic Engagement School 2023", the implementation of student action projects has begun!
The students of Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi: Gigi Tskvitaia, Nino Tsulaia, and Nika Bokhua are implementing the project "Using legal mechanisms during the crime of stalking", The aim of the project is to raise awareness of young people about the crime of stalking.
Within the framework of the project, the first training was organized by the students.
The training was led by: Levan Papava - coordinator of the Western Georgia Division of the Public Defender and Tsabunia Vartagawa - civil activist.
Within the framework of the meeting, the invited guests discussed: human rights, types of the crime of stalking, and what effective steps should be taken by a citizen in case of harassment. The meeting was held in question-answer mode.
