Within the framework of the project ‘’Civic Engagement School 2023’’ a three-day training was held for the participants of Tbilisi, Kakheti, Shida Kartli, and Samtskhe-Javakheti.
The activity aimed to develop the skills needed to plan participant advocacy campaigns and civic engagement projects.
The participants discussed the essence, purpose, types, methods, and role of the advocacy campaign. Emphasis was placed on the importance of defining communication strategies and target audiences.
The last day of the training was dedicated to introducing writing and managing strategies for civic engagement projects.
The training was conducted in an interactive mode. Practical and group exercises contributed to the development of participants’ transfer skills, which should help them successfully implement civic engagement projects later.
