Another workshop was held within the framework of the project ‘’Civic Engagement School 2021’’ on the topic: alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in Georgia. Head of international legal projects of ‘’Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession’’ and independent consultant in the arbitration Irina Chankseliani was invited to the meeting.

Irina Chankseliani discussed the definition of negotiation/facilitation, key aspects, and practical details. The guest also discussed the essence of mediation, institutionalization, and advantages, as well as, arbitration, its challenges, and advantages over the court.

The meeting was conducted in an active question-and-answer mode. It was especially interesting for the participants to discuss alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
