Students of Telavi State University implemented a project on the consequences of the consumption of plastic products

Within the framework of "Civil Engagement School 2023", students of Telavi State University: Geno Khvichava, Mariam Jalandari, and Mari Shashviashvili successfully implemented the project "Consumption of Plastic Products and its Impact on Human Health and Environment".

The target group of the project was adolescents.  The authors conducted trainings on the consequences of the use of plastic products, they reviewed what risks the use of plastic poses to human health and the ecological environment, how to replace plastic products, reduce them, etc. They reviewed the risks of plastic use for human health and the ecological environment, how plastic products can be replaced, reduced, etc.

Each training took place in an active question-answer and discussion mode, participants had practical tasks and they discussed the negative consequences of using plastic products.
