CELA member lecturers were trained in project management.

During the training, the participants discussed the project development cycle and management process, the PMP exam, external and internal factors to be considered during project implementation, the role of the manager and key competencies (PMI Talent triangle), as well as the main principles of project integration management.

The trainings were held in an active question-answer mode. Participants discussed practical examples relevant to the training topic.

The mentioned trainings were conducted within the framework of the ‘’Civic Engagement School 2023’’, with the financial support of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung South Caucasus Regional Office.
