This time we will tell you about the project of Nia Ivanidzde, Nino Chutkerashvili (Tbilisi State University), Ia Glunchadze (Ilia State University), and Ana Arabuli (Caucasus University). Theır project aimed to inform adolescents about various professional specialties and self-realization issues.

within the framework of the project pieces of training were organized by the authors, where the following issues were discussed: Self-realization, the importance of motivation, different ways of motivation, ways of achieving aims, skills needed for career advancement, etc. Issues related to different professions were also discussed, which will help the participants to make their future professional choice.

Each training was conducted in an active question-and-answer mode and included role-playing activities, which helped the participants to better analyze the issues.
