Within the framework of the project ‘’Civic Engagement School 2022’’ another workshop was held at Gori State Teaching University. Pikria Bregvadze-director of the Center for Welfare and Development was invited to the meeting.
The guest discussed the importance of the advocacy/self-advocacy campaign and the role of young people in the fight for the rights of people with disabilities. Based on specific examples, a discussion was held on the challenges of people with disabilities in everyday life and ways to prevent them.
Project participants introduced their project initiatives to the guest and received recommendations, which will help to better define the aim.
