Action project ‘’Premature marriage and its problems’’ implementation has started

Within the framework of the project ‘’Civic Engagement School 2021’’ Tbilisi State University students: Ana Tvalavadze, Ana Urmishvili, Mariam Kvetenadze and Ilia State University student Megi Mamuchadze are implementing action project ‘’Premature marriage and its problems’’ which aims to raise awareness of teenagers living and working on the streets of Caritas Georgia.  

To achieve the aim of the project, the first training at Caritas Georgia has already been conducted, led by Sopho Khvtisiashvili, social worker of the Social Workers’ Union. The trainer discussed the problem of premature marriage and preventive ways. The training included both theoretical and practical parts, participants also watched a small video about premature marriage.

‘’Civic Engagement School 2021’’ is implemented with the financial support of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung South Caucasus Regional Office.
