Another workshop was held within the framework of the project ‘’Civic Engagement School 2021’’ on the topic: ‘’opportunities to develop skills associated with democratic citizenship’’ at Gori State Teaching University. Doctor of public administration, certified coach-trainer Besik Kaishauri was invited to the meeting.

Besik Kaishauri reviewed coach management: modern technology of democratic governance, rational management of stress and time, setting a goal and mobilizing the resources needed to achieve that goal, the importance of self-discipline and self-management in the process of achieving the goal and career advancement.

The meeting was conducted in an active question-and-answer mode. Students were particularly interested in these issues and realized the importance of skills associated with democratic citizenship in the process of planning and actively implementing action projects.
