Another workshop was held for the ‘’Civic Engagement School 2021’’ members in Zugdidi. Ana Tsanava was invited to the meeting: representative of Information Center on NATO and EU regional bureau in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti.
Ana Tsanava reviewed Georgia's relations with the European Union and NATO. The speaker briefed the students on Russia's hybrid war, anti-Western disinformation, propaganda, and its threats. The guest also discussed the attitudes of the Georgian population towards the EU and NATO and the factors that determine these attitudes.
The meeting was conducted in an active question-and-answer mode. finally, there was a discussion on anti-Western propaganda and methods of combating disinformation.
Students introduced the guest to the topics of their future action projects. Students received Recommendations and feedback from the guest, which help them to implement action projects.
