A workshop was held for the ‘’Civic Engagement School 2021'' members

A workshop was held for the ‘’Civic Engagement School 2021’’ members at Gori State Teaching University. Arina Tavakarashvili was invited to the meeting: visiting lecturer at Gori State Teaching University and Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, a Ph.D. student at Caucasus University.

The purpose of the meeting was to raise student awareness about the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the European Union.

The guest introduced participants to the establishment history, goals, and objectives of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and European Union. On the one hand, the guest reviewed Georgia-NATO cooperation and on the other hand, the relations between Georgia and the European Union.

The meeting was conducted in active question and answer mode and a discussion was held on the topic: Georgia’s Europeanization process.
