‘’Civic Engagement School 2021’’ members of Tbilisi were trained in planning and managing action projects

On April 11 Within the framework of the ‘’Civic Engagement School 2021’’ members of Tbilisi were trained in planning and managing action projects. The training was led by Keti Murusidze: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Training (MEL) specialist.

Keti Murusidze introduced participants to the cycle of action project management: Identify the problem, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the project according to the results achieved. Students worked on identifying the problem, its causes, and its outputs.  

Keti Murusidze introduced participants to the theory of change, the strategic vision of the project, project aim, objectives, and activities to be implemented. Defining the target group, scheduling the project on time, budget form, and risk analysis. Each section included group work.

The participants of ‘’Civic Engagement School 2019’’ and ‘’Civic Engagement School 2020’’ were invited to the training: Nini Vachiberadze, Nino Aduashvili, Mariam Sharashidze, and Saba Porchkhidze. They shared their experiences and recommendations with the current project participants, talked about the aims, objectives, and activities of their project.
